Introduction to ChangeUp
Launched in June 2004, ChangeUp is a national, 10 year programme to strengthen and support the assistance available to voluntary and community organisations.
Voluntary and community organisations receive support through national and regional infrastructure organisations and the ChangeUp programme is about building the capacity of infrastructure organisations to support them.
The ChangeUp programme was developed in partnership with the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) and is managed by Capacitybuilders, an agency at arms length from government and led by a board of sector experts.
